Candidates must meet or exceed all of the following requirements:
1)     3+ Years experience WebSphere MQ Administration.  Competence required is intermediate level including install planning and execution, MQSC script creation and execution, OAM security administration, object optimization, name resolution and intermediate routing mechanisms that can include MQ cluster, and administrator/developer toolsets including MQ Explorer and BMC AppWatch.
2)    3+ Years experience WebSphere Message Broker administration with WMB 6.1 and/or 7.0.  Competence required is strong intermediate level administration and the ability to work with flow developers on issues they encounter in their work.  Administration must include install, artifact builds, ongoing environment optimization and the demonstrated ability to work effectively with the primary underlying technologies including MQ, Web Services, File Transfer and File input/output, database access, etc.
3)    3+ Years experience UNIX system administration as necessary and appropriate for the administration of Middleware including file system allocation and use, script writing, memory and swap use, tools including package installers, editors, file transfer etc.
4)    Sufficient programming experience to be able to engage with flow developers in issue resolution.
5)    Strong verbal skills.
