Technical knowledge:

Tibco RV 7.1 - Basic Knowledge in RV. Creation of subject and message passing using Distributed Queue,Certified Messaging.
BusinessWorks 5.x - Should have project experience in SOAP, Webservice using Service Pallette (Important). Implementation of webservice using SOAP over JMS. Creation and usage of xsd and xml's. Creation of WSDL's. (Concrete and Abstract). All the Database related activities invocation of stored procedures of different databases(Sybase,Oracle). Knowledge in Parsers like XML parsers, Data Parsers and Mapper Activity,
TIBCO EMS 4.x - Knowledge about Queue,Topic,Bridges and Routers project experience in all three.
TIBCO Administrator - Application/User management activities, Deployment configuration, FT/LB configuration,
TIBCO database adapter and HAWK is an advantage
