Role:
System Troubleshooting Specialist

Responsibilities:
Design, develop, and configure software systems to meet market and/or client requirements either end-to-end from analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance (including testing), to delivery and maintenance of the software product or system.  This is for a Digital Voice for Residential Customers.

Required Skills:
1 - SQL (Structured Query Language) | 2 - XML | Telecom and/or Cable Industry Experience

Nice to Haves:
Telephony, Cable, VoIP, Network Background.
