Description:
· Based on business objectives, constraints, and requirements creates overall solution design for all elements of the CDSS (Clinical decision support system) solution including the data extract/transform/load; data storage; workflow; reporting; development and test environments.
· Oversees implementation of the design across multiple client engagements. Directs work of development teams to assure all aspects of solution quality. Establish and oversee procedures and tools for configuration management, version control, testing, release management.
Skills:
· Solution architecture and design using one or more industry techniques such Rational Unified Process.
· Data modeling and analysis.
· Software development methods, tools, including .Net 4.5; Visual Team studio 2010, SQL server 2010; Principals of SOA (Service Oriented Architecture)
· Excellent communication skills. Able to lead teams.
Education/Experience:
· Bachelor’s degree in computer science or similar field.
· At least 7 years progressive experience in defining business application and solution designs and architectures.
· Desirable to have experience in building Healthcare systems.
