Job Description:

 

5+ year's software testing experience

·         Retail industry experience is desirable, preferably with POS applications in a retail store.  Experience with applications utilizing heavy promotions, coupons, and flyers on transactions a plus.

·         2+ years' experience testing applications built on Microsoft SQL Server 2008 database.  Must have a solid knowledge of relational databases.   Must have strong SQL query skills, and be willing to take a SQL test to confirm these skills.

·         Knowledge of distributed and transaction-based processing, server based applications is required.

·         Thorough understanding and experience in testing interfaces via batch processes with other applications.

·         Ability to work in ad-hoc chaotic environment with limited documentation and word of mouth for training.
