Engagement Type: Contract Contract   Short Description: ARGO Programmer Complete Description: Role: ARGO Programmer Lead Level: 5+ years ARGO retail banking application experience. - Performs and/or leads some design activities, but work will mostly be coding, testing, implementation, and documentation of solution. Ensures that expected application performance levels are achieved. - Creates and may review unit and test plans. Identifies opportunities to improve testing process. - Code user interface, middle tier logic, and interface messaging Behavior Characteristics: Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills Works well under deadlines Ability to work as part of a project team Extremely good attention to detail
