Functional PeopleSoft HRIS Ben Admin Resource

Boston, MA

WILL INTERVIEW TODAY - GO TO WORK NEXT WEEK

 

 

1.  Seeking a Seasoned PeopleSoft HRIS Functional Analyst with a minimum of 7 years of PeopleSoft experience.  Must have experience with PeopleSoft 8.9.  Experience with PeopleSoft Version 9.1 is highly desired.  We are presently upgrading from 8.9 to 9.1 and the go live date is July 4.   

 

Knowledge of Benadmin and North American Payroll, including eBenefits and ePay, as well as advanced query knowledge and basic tools knowledge, is required.  Knowledge of global payroll, crystal reporting  and interface design standards is highly desirable.

 

2.  Strong Relationship Management skills are required:  As a Sr. HRIS Analyst you will partner with the business to anticipate customer needs, monitor trends in order to recommend functionality enhancements, and provide technical advice to resolve business issues or improve business processes. You will work directly with our application service provider to provide functional requirements and see the solution through to success.

 

3.  Client relationships include Learning and Development, Compensation, Benefits and Staffing.
