The Role

The Role

Ensure successful site delivery, maintenance, and growth by applying comprehensive and accurate requirements analysis and solution design to assigned projects. Work closely with many different facets of the organization; client, project manager, account manager, executive, and partners.

You Will:

ü  Be an integral part of a virtual project team for those customers requiring custom functionalities and challenging data flow analysis.

ü  Be responsible for the requirements document set for assigned projects.

ü  Have responsibility for definition, documentation of client briefs from business processes, functional and technical perspectives.

ü  Provide holistic functional and solutions design, aligning client requirements.

ü  Engage with the client's business owners, elaborating the client's ideas, challenging needs, guiding thinking, exploring positive and negative functional scenarios producing functional specifications

ü  Produce accurate, clear and concise documentation throughout the project lifecycles

ü  Identify client problems, processing and business drivers and understanding the context and constraints under which they operate

ü  Possess a good knowledge & understanding of technical, business process and workflows

ü  Work with internal stakeholders to elaborate functional requirements based upon their business requirements for platform enhancements in line with product evolution

ü  Provide functional expertise support during review and testing cycles.

 

Skill Requirements

 

ü  Have minimum of 3 to 5 years professional business and functional analysis experience or in a solutions architect role, preferably eCommerce related

ü  Have good business and technical acumen.

ü  Have a thorough knowledge of the web and an in-depth understanding of its technologies

ü  Possess excellent client management skills

ü  Possess exceptional communication skills.

ü  Looking to work in a fast-paced, innovative environment.

 

 

 

Desired Qualifications

ü  SaaS(Service As A Software) experience

ü  Understanding of web services and SOA

ü  Working knowledge of databases and SQL

ü  Knowledge of website front-end production techniques

ü  Experience working with 3rd party point solution providers in areas such as, but not limited to, BI, data warehousing CRM, WMS/IMS, Search, and Personalization.
