Quality Manager – investment banking exp:
The responsibilities of the Quality Manager will include:
· Enabling project compliance via support and training of the departments Project Management community.
· Maintaining a robust compliancy process as well as the monitoring and reporting on of the project compliance across the department.
· Running internal project assessments – Project Quality Checks (PQC's)
· Pro-active management of the project dashboard
· Timely reporting of department QM metrics and status.
Required Skills & Experience
· Project Management experience in a proactive, results driven environment.
· Software Delivery methodologies
· QM metrics
· Project Dashboards
· Managing resources outside reporting line.
· Investment banking
