Oracle SOA Suite (Oracle BPEL and Web Services), Oracle SQL and PL/SQL (9i, 10g, 11g), Oracle JDeveloper.
Nice to have skills:
Optional but preferred: Oracle SOA Suite (Business Rules, Oracle Service Bus), Web Service test automation (SOAP UI preferred), continuous integration systems (TeamCity preferred), SCRUM.
