3. Expertise in navigating the UDB/DB2 environment on Production, Testing and Development environments
4. Strong knowledge of SQL
5. Strong knowledge of UDB/DB2 utilities and commands
6. Ability to create, maintain UDB/DB2 objects
7. Ability to design, implement, maintain tune and support databases
8. Ability to diagnose, troubleshoot common SQL CODES and error messages
9. Familiarity with data modeling and design
10. Ability to create backup, restores and recovery procedures
11. Strong ability to interact with development groups, gather requirements and manage all phases of database implementation
12. Hands-on working experience on SQL queries and RDBMS concepts
