Java / J2EE (JSP, Servlets, EJB)
Database SQL queries (Oracle preferred)

UML diagrams
XML (XSD, XSL)
HTML/CSS/Javascript
Desirable :
Knowledge of Javascript libraries (Mootools, Jquery)
Experience in designing web applications
Spring Batch
