Must Have Skills:

·         Tax statements Format --- All the managed Fund Companies Have their own format of tax statements

·         Shareholder communication printing --- Production and mailing of your annual report, prospectus, compliance mailings, newsletters, etc. Includes data standardization and House Holding services

·         E-delivery---Sent on demand from any computer with Internet access.

·         Forms preparation  

·         Communication Print  

·         Mail process--Mail Processors manage, supervise, or perform a variety of tasks that include 

the following: sort and classify all outgoing mail according to postal 

Regulations (foreign and domestic) for all classes of mail. 

·         Should have worked with a formal technology team, act as a liaison between business/operations team and technology team, Good experience in writing Requirements document, test case document, use case document, Good experience in executing test plans and performing user acceptance testing, Excellent written and oral communication.

·         Experience in Banking and Financial Institutions Is good and any Transfer agency experience for mutual funds will be an added advantage.

·         In case if you don't find BA with expertise in Print Mail domain, then submit some candidate with heavy domain expertise in "Transfer Agency".
