8 Techno-Functional JCAPS & HL7 Software Integrators -Hospital Experience

It is an on-site job 4 days a week with travel paid. 100% travel if you are outside of Sacramento and none
Start date is mid February, 2012. Interviews can start immediately
This is a 18 month project - Must have hospital experience (just healthcare is not good enough)
Looking for and Senior HL7 integration technical analyst who can provide technical design expertise in the health provider IT integration area.
Should be very capable delivering working at a client to problem solve and deliver integration design. ________________________________________________________________________
Essential Job Functions
Supports technical design activities related to application software,data, databases, packaged solutions and infrastructure components (Technical).
Designs, develops and distributes technical reusable components (Technical).
Participates in the selection, acquisition, configuration and troubleshooting of packaged solutions and technical infrastructure components (Technical).
Contributes to applying the Catalyst framework, in role played, to determine the methodological steps that are appropriate for an engagement (Methodology).
Leads a team of 3-5 company resources, in area of expertise, to conclusion of a project phase (Management).
Assists with gap analyses highlighting current state, future state, client needs, best practices and competition (Business).
Establishes credibility at all levels with clients and builds problem-solving partnerships with clients and colleagues (Relationship Management).
Understands sales process, information and support requirements, and assists sales staff in identifying leads (Leverage).
Communicates in formal presentation settings including medium sized groups, internal and external project teams, and business unit events;
develops written communications to address varied styles and information needs (Communication).
Basic Qualifications
5 + yrs HL7 integration experience-with proven ability to provide techncial design work products in a provider environment
3+ yrs Sun JCAPS versions 5 and 6;
preferable to also have experience on eGate version 4.5.3 or SRE version 5.3 strong written and verbal skills
2 + yrs experience with technical design and documentation experience with one or more vendor HIS system
proven ability to deliver quality integration deliverables in timely manner and exceeding client expectation
strong problem-solving capabilities in integration design and troubleshooting;
ability to work with offshore development team.
