Location: Tempe, AZ

Duration: 6+ Months

 

1.     Prior experience in the Implementation and Support of Microsoft OCS/Lync - Unified Communication Solutions preferred.

2.     Microsoft Office Communication Server (OCS) design and implementation

3.     Microsoft Lync design and implementation.

4.     Excellent knowledge in IT enterprise applications such as: Microsoft Active Directory, Microsoft (OCS) Office Communications Server, Microsoft Lync and Microsoft Exchange.

5.     Hands on MS Lync 2010 experience in production environments/multiple projects

6.     Experience in installation, configuration and support of multi-site Microsoft Lync environments offering high availability and disaster recovery

7.     Experience working with remote teams

8.     Collaborate with other teams to implement service and system monitoring and alerting

9.     Ability to troubleshoot, investigate and resolve technical issues

10.  Ability to work under pressure and adhere to strict deadlines

11.  Ability to react quickly and effectively to issues and opportunities

12.  Excellent customer interaction skills

13.  Excellent verbal and written communication skills

14.  Should familiar with ITIL process like Incident/Problem/Change/Release/CMDB Management.

15.  Microsoft OCS/Lync certification
