Title: QA Test Lead
Location: Madison, WI
Duration: 12 Months or More contracts
This will be for Advance:
Will perform functional automation testing using a tool, but may also do manual testing. Will write test cases, make sure test results are correct, enter defects, etc
This needs to be a lead, however, they will not be leading a team of testers but leading the testing effort for the agile team they are assigned and they will be the go to person for the other teams that will have cross dependencies. We need people who can work independently/lead the effort. We are not looking for someone who needs direction.
Required Skills:

| 5 - 10 years of strong experience of automation experience. |

| Solid understanding of automation tools and practices - Test Partner experience preferred |

| Ability to create an automation framework from user stories and test scenarios. |
|
|
| Experience creating automation plans and coordinating/executing the plan |
|
|
| Strong analytical skills |

|
| Can work independently, self-starter |
|
|
| Team player who works well with others |
|
|
| Excellent communication skills written and oral |
|
|
| Quick learner |

|
