We need a senior ASP.NET developer with strong database SQL skillsets.  Good comm skills.  Huge plus is sharepoint development, sharepoint customization (not someone who has just used sharepoint - big difference).

Candidate should have experience in complete SDLC - Analyze, design, implement and support ongoing and newer enhancements to various middle-tier frameworks (such as Integration Framework, Data Services Framework, Business Process Framework, etc.) based on their individual and the integrated Roadmap milestones and guidelines.
