Should be proficient in most if not all of the following areas:
- Strong object oriented programming, debugging, and test automation skills with C#
- .Net Framework 3.5
- Strong, practical understanding of Web Services, SOA, XML, SOAP, .NET, ASP.NET
- Web Development to include (HTML, Javascript, JQuery, AJAX)
- Test Driven Development
- Understanding of relational database design and strong transactional SQL scripting skills (preferably with SQL Server)
- Developing and testing complex enterprise applications
- Automated Testing
- Unit Tests (specifically NUnit)
- Agile and XP Software Development Methodologies
- Pair Programming
- Design Patterns
