Qualifications:
- Design and develop reports using Crystal Reports and Web Intelligence tools in Business Objects XI R2
- Design and develop Universes
- Strong experience in PL / SQL
- Ability to work independently in a fast paced work environment
- Good understanding of SDLC methodologies
- Any Business Objects CMC administration experience is a plus
- Business Objects R2 to R3 upgrade or migration experience preferred
- Experience in configuration management and code version control
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Health Care domain experience preferred
- Any financial / claim processing experience will be a plus
