Hiring process:- Client may ask for in-person interview after phone interview

 

Experience with/Knowledge of:

o   SharePoint - 3+ years, both 2007 and 2010

o   SharePoint Designer -  3+ years , both 2007 and 2010

o   SharePoint Site Design - site/Information architecture, emphasis on usability

o   Customizing SharePoint "out-of-the-box" (again, we're not looking for a developer, more like a poweruser/information architect)

o   jQuery

o   InfoPath Form Development

o   Managed Metadata Service Application

o   SharePoint Best Practices
