Required Skills :
Expertise with .NET 3.5 or higher and related foundational technologies (eg: Entity Framework, SOA, etc).
Expertise in the design of N-tier web applications.
Expertise creating meta-data based data models and class models.
Expertise with UML and Design Patterns.
Strong experience refactoring code and leading code reviews.
Strong communication and documentation skills (verbal and written).
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills.
Creative thinking for providing innovative solutions.
Experience in other development technologies (Java, PHP, Remedy) is a strong plus.
Experience with Microsoft products (Excel, Project, Visio, Power Point, Word).

Responsibilities:
Create technical design documents for multiple web applications in a .NET environment. Deliverables include Data Models,
Class Models and in some instances Use Cases. Strong familiarity with UML and Design Patterns is a must.
Create a standard, re-usable data access strategy and model the foundational tables, structures and classes to support that strategy.
Architect new applications using a combination of existing toolsets and custom code while constantly evaluating opportunities
to create additional re-usable components in support of the business.
Perform code reviews to confirm that Toyota design standards are being followed. This is not a development position,
although some development work may be required. It is expected that the candidate has a strong development
background and is able to create "proof of concept" scenarios and evaluate potential 3rd party tools.
