Position Title : SAP Technical Lead(Triversity)

Location : Denver, CO.

Duration : 6-12 Months +

Required Skills :

• SAP Triversity, C#, SQL Server, .Net, Visual Basic Experience.
• 6 – 8 yrs Additional requirement.
• Experience in retail multi-channel application environment (SAP/Triversity, AJB Software - Retail Transaction Switch, XBR Loss Prevention, TRE Returns Management, handheld devices etc).
• possess an expert understanding of retail multi-channel application architectures, functions, and features, with an emphasis in SAP POS application implementations and management.
• At least 5 years of coding experience required in C# .NET application, Visual Basic Script and SQL Server required.
• Experience in Troubleshooting multi-channel retail problems in Windows environment and tuning for performance & optimization.
• Providing assistance in establishing and maintaining Helpdesk procedures.
• Assist with application maintenance by monitoring and correcting software defects.
• Extensive experience in source control, unit testing, code reviews, and writing technical documentation.
• Solid communication skills, both oral and written.
• Strong experience in handling end user interactions, production support, preventive and pro-active maintenance, status reports and documentation.
• 24x7 on-call troubleshooting and problem resolution will be required for any critical issues.
• Analytical/Problem Solving.
• Intellectual capacity and ability to gather, sort and analyze data and then develop logical conclusions.
• critical thinking skills, familiar with problem solving techniques and able to communicate options, conclusions, and recommendations to both the business and the technology teams.
