Mandatory Technical Skills	§ Strong Core Java skills o Java 1.5 and up  (No J2EE needed)   § Strong Oracle Skills o PL/SQL o Tuning § Apache POI § Apache HTTP Commons
Mandatory Functional Skills	§ Ability to understand various protocols and message format is essential § Ability to find creative solutions when options are limited § Excellent communication skills § Able to deliver under pressure
Desirable Functional Skills	Ability to take non-technical requirements and implement it technically.  Ability to be effective in a highly matrixed environment § Ability to communicate and collaborate in a multi-cultural environment
Total Experience Required	5
Education/Experience	§ B.S in Computer Science, engineering or similar field § 4 to 6 years experience in IT Application Development/Delivery § At least 3 years' experience doing enhancements and support for large systems.
