Senior Programmer/Lead

I need a Senior level Programmer for my client. Must have extensive experience developing applications such as VB.Net, and C#, and have strong experience with MS SQL Server. Must be able to support the systems through Maintenance, Development, and Troubleshooting using VB.Net, SQL, C#, and Crystal. Must be able to develop Crystal reports. Must be well spoken and have the ability to train employees and other contractors. Excellent verbal/written communication skills in order to effectively interact with customers, vendors, coworkers.
