o    Data Structures, Algorithms, Core .NET, OOP, Design Patterns (Repository Pattern, Dependency Injection etc), Service Oriented Architecture
o    MS Builds, Code Coverage, Profiling, TFS Source Control Management
o    Agile/Scrum
o    Nice-to-Have: Neural network
