• ·      Should have minimum 7 years of experience.

•        Documentation of expected business deliverables ·

•        Acquire knowledge through knowledge acquisition process (interviewing and diagraming of business decisions) ·

•        Identify data needs ·

•        Content recorder (diagraming rules in Visio) ·Rules Writer, converting into rules speak ·

•        Journal populating/repositor
