•          Mandatory Requirement – "Extensive Performance Tuning Experience to optimize results in a project environment working closely with cross functional application teams" Thorough understanding of Microsoft SQL Server Architecture

•          Experience in designing, implementing, and tuning very large (600+ Tables, 1 TB Data) Microsoft SQL Server 2008 databases

•          Planning and Configuring databases for high availability and disaster recovery including clustering, replication and backup/restore processes
