Job Role: Senior Developer (Java/J2EE)
Job Location: Auburn Hills, MI
Duration: Contract
Technical/Functional Skills:
JSP, Java Script, CSS, Good Design Experience in J2EE area, Core Java, SOAP based Web services, XML, Struts Framework, Hibernate, Database knowledge (DB2) from Development standpoint, Previous experience in working in J2EE Portal environment, Unix Shell Scripting are a plus.
Role & Responsibilities:
• Review J2EE design documentation
• Analyze production support requests, issues and identify temporary/permanent solutions
• Analyze application functionalities and identify, plan and execute system wide improvements
• Design, Develop and Test Java/J2EE applications
• Work with teams at Auburn Hills, MI and Hyderabad, India on day to day operational activities
• Coordinate with Chrysler ITM team, Business Partners and TCS teams in requirement gathering, solution design and implementation activities
• Review and update system documentation
• Process compliance and effective status reporting
