Job Title: Oracle DBA.
Location: Houston, TX
Duration: 6 Months.
Required skills:
Experience in Oracle PL/SQL
Oracle - version 10g and above –
Advanced SQL skills
PL/SQL (stored procedures, packages, pipelines, functions, triggers)
SQR reporting solution
Ability to perform light DBA work around database optimization and tuning
Should be able to sit in design sessions with Business Analyst or Domain Experts and appropriate a data model design
Establish data cleansing procedures via PL/SQL or packages
Experience with TOAD , SQL*Plus, SQL Navigator preferred
SQL Server experience preferred
Experience in data quality processing and data cleansing
Preference given to candidates possessing experience with the newer features of Oracle 10g (or higher), including: regular expressions, Oracle scheduler, pipeline functions, pivot queries, hierarchical queries, Oracle XML
