Position-Business Analyst

Location- Chicago,IL (Must be local)

Mid level BA with strong Financial Background!

Duration-6 month contract
 

Required skills
Has experience in conducting analysis with expertise in different business areas, application wide analysis and proposal of solutions. Assembles, analyzes, and represents customer business requirements. Performs feasibility analysis, scopes project, recommends alternative solutions, project strategy, and deliverable prioritization.

Responsible for high level implementation plans, data and process models, cost estimating, cost benefits analysis, and return on investments. These resources are also able to facilitate workshops such as JAD, RAD, and DRP sessions, etc. Business Analysts should also be able to perform as a team leader when necessary.

Job Specifics
Perform business analysis to support the development of providing the Loan data to FED for audit requirements
* Communicate with internal partners and vendors to analyze the data to fit the requirements
* Ensure requirements are accurately specified, communicated and understood by the technical implementation team and vendors
* Provide ongoing support to the technical implementation team to ensure the quality of the implemented system in meeting business requirements
* Lead/perform data and quality analysis including data mapping reviews, data validation and remediation, alert validation and issue impact analysis
* Comply with internal quality, reporting and administration processes

To be considered for this position, you will need;

* Bachelors degree
* 6+ years proven and significant experience as a Business Analyst
* Practical experience of the Financial Services industry (Banking & Loans)
* Strong written and verbal communication skills are essential
* Experience of writing detailed specifications
