Qualifications/Experience:

• 6+ years professional software development experience with web applications.
• Accomplished mentor of Java web application development teams.
• Proficient use of SQL and data modeling.
• Innovative drive and experience coupled with quick mastery of new technology, language, or development environment.
• Self-motivated, naturally curious, and able to thrive in a fast-paced and client-focused environment.
• Skilled in documentation including UML, business logic flows, and technical writing.

Preferred:

• Spring MVC, Webservices, and Security.
• AJAX and Web 2.0/3.0 application development expertise.
• Android and Objective C smart phone development experience.
• JMS and Jasper reporting framework experience. 
• Flex, Flash, and Graphics experience.
