Job Description:
• Work experience in design, development and implementation.
• At least 5+ years' experience
Strong working knowledge of the following technologies / products / methodologies:
· Strong experience with C#, Asp.Net
· Hands on experience with SQL-Server.
· WCF Experience.
· Good working experience with MVC architecture.
· Web services experience.
Major Duties & Job Responsibilities:
This individual will work as part of a development team .
• Support defect analysis and resolution during Quality Assurance test cycle
• Provide final escalation production support for developed applications
• Participates in team/Scrum meetings to discuss approaches and status of the defects
• Complies with all established procedures and policies of Comcast
• Coordinate and handoff the work between offshore and onsite teams.
• Other functions that may be assigned
• Hosting the Production Support Bridges
• Supporting the late night & Weekend deployments
• Solving the tickets as per SLA's
• Should have excellent communication and problem solving skills.
• Must be a team player.
