1)Position : Windows-SME/Lead.
  Location : Richmond, VA
  Duration : 6 + Months

WINDOWS PLATFORM & VIRTUALIZATION-L3

Responsibilities:
Lead Administrator Wintel
Band: B2, B3.
Overall 4 to 6 years of experience
Experience Required: Windows System Administration, IIS, W2k8 environment knowledge. Three tier application functionality (Web,App,DB and the interaction between them)
Must know ITIL V3 concepts and should be able to implement. Ability to work independently and solely responsible for Application availability. Should be able to forecast and drive capacity management process. Should have hands on Incident, Change and Configuration management processes.

Required Skills:
Experience Good to have: Working experience with VM Ware, Citrix, SQL/Oracle DB is an added advantage. Worked in implementing ITIL Processes. 

Personality requirements:
Good written and oral communication skills are a must. 
Should be hands-on, able to Troubleshoot, Technically able direct the L2 Support Team, review Support guides, coordinate activity between various vendor support teams. 
Should fast to react in a high pressure situation, ability to handle challenging customers, suggest improvements.
Should be able to collaborate with internal stakeholders, manage requirements, present to Business team and work with Development team. 


2)Position : WEB LOGIC ADMIN-L3.
  Location : Richmond, VA
  Duration : 6 + Months

Required Skills: 
2 to 5years Experience in application production support environment in 24/7 support environment. 
Hands on experience on HP Service Manager will be an added advantage. 
Good communication, good attitude, commitment and dedication Knowledge of ITIL framework 
Requires excellent customer facing skills, people management experience is added advantage
Willing to learn new technologies.

Responsibilities:
Must have experience in application support related to Weblogic with a good Knowledge in troubleshooting and monitoring tasks related to application support involving  WebLogic Server 8.1/9.2/10.2.
Must have experience in trouble shooting of webservers such as Apache & Tomcat
Must have experience in monitoring tools & Change management tools
Basics administration skills in Unix(Solaris & Linux) is mandatory and knowledge in Shell Scripting would be an added advantage
Extremely good communication Skill & good understanding in ITIL frame work is essential
Need to handle releases & rollout activities.
must have experience in ticketing tools such as remedy or peregrine

Key skills required: (in the order of priority)

Primary Skill     : Strong  L2 Web logic Administration levels ( Version 8.1,  9.2 &  10.3)
Secondary Skill : Unix Level 2 Administration Skills 
        
Good understanding of the ITIL process ,Incident & Change Management 
Mainframe would be preferable 
Tools Knowledge : HPSM , Clear quest ,Control-M , Tuxedo 


3)Position : Peoplesoft Technical Consultant.
  Location : Detroit, MI
  Duration : 6 + Months

Only Citizens or GCs 

Required Skills: 
Minimum 3 to 4 years supporting the sPro module 
Minimum 5 to 7 years functional/technical experience supporting PeopleSoft Financials and Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) including experience supporting version 9.1 and PeopleTools 8.51 
Minimum 5 to 7 years providing functional/technical support of the following modules: ePro, Purchasing, and AP 
Minimum 5 to 7 years demonstrated knowledge in the following areas: Workflow, SQR, Application Engine, Application Messaging, PeopleCode, Component Interfaces, PS Query, and SQL 
Experience implementing PeopleSoft customizations 
Specific experience with applying and testing patches, bundles, and maintenance packs 
Excellent written and verbal communication skills 
Perform coding and implementation of system changes 
Strong analytical and debugging skills 

Preferred Experience: 
PeopleSoft Modules:  GL, AM, EX, eSupplier, eSettlement, Contracts, and Strategic Sourcing 
Data Modeling, Informatica, and OBIEE Experience would be a plus"
