Must Have Skills:  

Must be very good with Loadrunner Advanced concepts

Prior experience in executing large multi-group performance test scenarios

Must be very comfortable with Loadrunner Scripting(Web Protocol), WebServices (over HTTP), Test Execution and Reporting

Prior Experience testing SAP using LoadRunner

Experience in using Performance automation tools like - Loadrunner, TAO, eCATT

Experience with Oracle performance tools like Precise-I3

Experience with SAP Solution Manager

Basic understanding of SAP functional areas
