We have below urgent requirement for Test Manager – Oracle Retail
Testing with our direct client in Greater Boston, MA. Please let me
know if you are having anyone available with required skills.

Title: Test Manager – Oracle Retail Testing
Location: Greater Boston, MA
Duration: 6-9 Months

Requirement Details:
==================================
• Over 8-10 years of experience in large Testing Engagements. Previous
Retailer and Packaged Applications Testing experience will be a
certain Plus.
• Any previous Oracle Retail testing experience will be highly
regarded.
• Strong Customer and Internal Stakeholder management experience in a
matrixed environment is mandatory.
• Good understanding of Testing process, ability to plan & track
Functional, Integration, End to End, Regression Testing, dependency
tracking, good understanding of Quality Center, Defect Tracking etc.
• Able to manage a team of testing professionals both onsite and
offshore. Any experience of having worked in an onsite-offshore setup
will be a certain plus.
• Responsible for managing Test Plan, Test Design (Test scenarios,
Test cases / Test Data generation), Defect tracking, Reporting and
Reviews of Test Deliverables.
• Good Communication & interpersonal skills, ability to understand
client requirements and create good rapport with client stakeholders.
• Local to the Boston/Greater Boston area or willing to relocate to
the Greater Boston area for this project.
