Usability Expert 
Coordinates a team or programmer analyst in the analysis, design, development, training, implementation, and maintenance for all custom software development including file server based database applications, client server based applications, and intranet/web based applications 

UI Developer /Web Designer - Day to day duties and description of project. 
• Create screen designs and flows on all vz enterprise products 
• Engage with users in understanding the current applications/screens 
• Engage with User community to explain/demo the new screen designs 
• Help CW team in day to day user interface discussions 
• Cover onshore/offshore meetings to explain the screen flows/design to development teams 

Top requirements 
1) Excellent written and oral communication 
2) Experience with HTML screen design using Dreamweaver ,pencil etc Tools 

Desired skills 
Programming languages: JavaScript, HTML 

Years experience 
Required: Minimum 5 years of experience in designing complex UI interfaces.
