Position : Salesforce Developer

Role Description: The Force.com role will be to design, develop, & configure Salesforce.com using APEX & out of the box Salesforce to meet client requirements.
The engagement will cover the project lifecycle from end-to-end including analysis, design, implementation, quality assurance/testing, deployment, & maintenance
· Must have at least 2+ years' experience in salesforce.com technology.
· At least 2 years of experience in force.com platform like Apex, Visual Force programming.
· Should be able to design reusable objects that can used enterprise wide for many applications.
· Minimum of 5 years of software development using object oriented languages.
· 2+ years' experience with XML & web based services desirable.
· Ability to work constructively with diverse people & with parties that may have divergent needs & interests
· Strong communication skills & ability to lead project meetings
· Enthusiasm & flexibility for working with a fast-paced organization with extensive external accountabilities & communications needs
· Must be organized, detail oriented with ability to think critically
· Ability to work independently & as part of a team
· Preferred: SFDC Admin &/or SFDC Developer certified
· Preferred: Proficient in loading data from legacy applications to force.com platform.
