Test Manager with Healthcare Claims exp:

 

The responsibilities of the IT Claims Test Manager will include:

*        Oversees and coordinates priorities for a team of 60+ outsourced resources.

*        Considered a domain subject matter expert for Healthcare Claims processing

*        Responsible for external certification compliance for regulatory mandates.

*        Interacts with program directors, Chief Technology Officer, business owners, EPMO, and DPMO across the organization to ensure seamless project delivery

*        Accountable for delivering quality testing portfolio execution through review of test artifacts from the onshore/offshore team

*        Participates in Change Control Board to identify implications of known bugs and the impact of proposed changes to the testing process.

*        Partners closely with enterprise teams to incorporate best practices, drive test engineering excellence, and bring new test methodologies to the team

*        Ensures staff meets all regulatory requirements and comprehends and complies with best practices, professional standards, internal policies, and procedures.

 

 

Required Skills & Experience

*        Healthcare claims processing experience

*        Previous experience managing large on/off shore teams (up to 70 consultants)

 

 

Desired Skills & Experience

*        NASCO strongly preferred

*        ClearQuest and/or Rational products experience
