6 months + ( can go for a year + if they are good )

Interview – phone to F2F.  For now F2F is required. 

 

 

·         Develop web based software applications using ASP.NET technologies and adhere to design patterns such as MVC or Entity Framework.

·         Code front-end and back-end code at the request of project management including writing code behind and SQL queries and stored procedures.

·         Code, install, and debug user interfaces using appropriate tools or editors

·         Model user interface prototypes based on collected user requirements, test cases, and developmental objectives

·         Collaborate with business analysts, web designers, and software developers to ensure prototypes can be efficiently implemented

·         Identify, recommend, and prioritize new user interface features and applications in conjunction with end-user requirements or business needs

·         Plan and implement usability tests throughout development lifecycle and analyze results for resolving GUI-design issues

·         Diagnose and troubleshoot problems with proprietary or internally-developed user interfaces

 

Position Requirements

 

·         In-depth knowledge of application development supporting web based platforms , protocols, and tools including Visual Studio, ASP.NET, VB.NET or C#, HTML, CSS, JavaScript, XML/XSLT

·         Customization of Microsoft SQL Server Reporting Services, Analysis Services

·         Integration with .NET applications and databases (SQL Server, T-SQL)

·         Experience with SharePoint, Flash, Silverlight, and mobile platforms a plus

·         Thorough understanding of application development methodologies

·         Experience in gathering and analyzing business requirements

·         Accurately estimate work and meet deadlines

·         Thorough and unrelenting attention to detail

·         Fluent communication and interpersonal skills with customers, business teams, and technical colleagues
