| 6 | Maintaining and supporting wide-area networks (Frame Relay & MPLS) |
| 6 | Virtual Private Networks (IPSEC and SSL) |
| 6 | Network access control – network firewalling and advanced firewall capabilities |
| 6 | Cisco QoS administration |
| 4 | Cisco Access Control Server (ACS) implementation and administration |
| 4 | Data Center Firewall implementation and administration |
| 4 | Disaster Recovery planning and conducting disaster recovery testing |
| 4 | Web access control, filtering and monitoring |
| 4 | Administration of Windows and Linux based servers and workstations |
