Job Title:   Technical Project Manager
Location:   San Jose, CA
Duration:   6+ Months Contract to Hire

 

Must be GC or Citizen

 

•    5+ years of experience running complex and fast paced IT projects
•    Good communication skills
•    Previous experience running projects using the AGILE methodology is preferred
•    Technical expertise in SaaS platforms
•    Strong verbal and written communications skills are essential.
•    Experienced in project management applications as required for reporting, tracking charts, checklists and project scheduling.
•    Ability to work collaboratively with, and to lead and motivate other employees in a team environment to meet aggressive goals and pre-defined timelines.
•    Demonstrated ability to manage relationships and people.

 

In order to be effective as a technical PM/Scrum master, it is best if he/she has the development experience, so pure PM will not work.

Following  Skills:

HTML, CSS, Extjs, Oracle 9i, Eclipse IDE, Spring Framework, JDK 1.6, J2EE, JSP, Spring WebMVC, SOA, WebServices, Restful Webservices, Oracle Weblogic Server 11gR1(10.3.4), Apache Tomcat, Documentum, Freeform Templates (FTL), SOAP UI, XML, XPATH, JAXB

Responsibilities:
•    Role will require management of developer and QA resources in executing projects in a quick and efficient manner.
•    Tasks will be tracked on a daily basis from teams residing in various locales (US, India, China)
