Solution IT Inc. is looking for a Business System Analyst (Data warehouse) for one of its clients in TN.

 

Job Title	Business System Analyst (Data warehouse)
Responsibilities	·         Facilitate and assist business customers in translating technology based initiatives into system, software or reporting requirements. Includes diagramming, documenting, presentations and related activities to communicate all aspects of application deployment environments ·         Contribute to the Software Development Lifecycle analysis for existing technology products in conjunction with business needs. ·         Coordinates development activities with developers, analysts, and the business customers ·         BE THE LIAISON between business strategy and IT service delivery ·         Strong listener, verbal and written communicator, and negotiator. ·         Strong applicable experience in the healthcare/payer environment and capable translator of business information and processes into system requirements
Required Skills	·         More than 5 years of experience working as Business Analyst preferably with health care experience. ·         Experience with data architecture design, data modeling and data warehousing ·         Strong SQL expertise ·         Experience in software development and support ·         Manages the delivery of Business Intelligence solutions through all stages of the software development life cycle ·         Exceptional analytical and problem solving skills ·         Resource management skills ·         Demonstrated ability to work with all levels for management to gather requirements
