Role: ORACLE FUNCTIONAL PROJECT MANAGER

Location: Atlanta, GA

Project Description

• Develop project  requirement specifications
• Identify and prioritize project activities based on business need and management input
• Manage assigned  project activities requiring project leadership, planning, reporting, team member guidance, and issue resolution:
• Develop a project change management plan to guide the organization through the transformation of the process current state to recommended future state
• Define and manage key stakeholder expectations and drive successful delivery and completion of projects

Key Skills Required

• Heavy Project Management experience of an Oracle R12 upgrade
• Finance background (CPA helpful)
• Ability  to gather requirements using interviews, document analysis, requirements workshops, surveys, site visits, business process descriptions, use cases, business analysis, task and workflow analysis
• Ability to critically evaluate information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, decompose high-level information into details, abstract up from low-level information to a general understanding, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs
• Excellent verbal, written and visual communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group, executives, managers, and subject matter experts
• Excellent facilitation management skills and demonstrated experience leading group sessions
