Job Title: Sr Project Manager / Program Manager

Currently looking for a Sr. Project Manager / Program Manager for BTS PAS. 

 Location is temporarily in Jersey City, NJ until relocation back to the Home Office in NYC. .  When submitting resumes, you must include the bill rate as well as the candidate's full time salary requirements.  

Also, you must specify the status of your candidate, whether he or she is a US Citizen, Greencard Holder 

 

Responsibilities:

 

Qualifications:

• Solid project and program management experience with at least 15 year experience.
• Ability to manage hands on (day to day) execution / delivery of a project and program over $25M.
• Ability to take high level concepts and break them down into digestible components for management and project teams.
• Mange and motivate team members.
• Demonstrate a strong presence, have effective communication skills and have the ability to clearly articulate ideas at all levels including C level.
• Ability to multi-task and work independently.
• Strong team player.  Proven effectiveness in fast-paced, demanding, client-driven environment.
• Strong financial planning experience.
• Securities Exp
•  Broker Dealer experience is a Must!
