Client is looking for UNIX/Linux Embedded contract Programmer in Silver Spring, MD. This is a 3 months contract, with an immediate start date. Rate is DOE.

 

Required Skills:

1. B.S. or higher in Computer Science or Computer Engineering

2. Extensive experience with UNIX and Linux

3. Embedded systems programming experience

4. Extensive object oriented programming experience

5. Shell Scripting experience

6. RF programming experience

7. Writing Sensor data processing algorithms experience

8. Robotic experience

9. Ability to work independently as well as in a team environment

 

Additional skills (not required but a HUGE plus):

• Matlab

• Mac OS development

• Optical Engineering experience

• Project management experience
