Has experience in CRM systems and is a strong programmer with the ability to develop very complex programs on multiple engagements on large scale implementations. Ability to lead workshops, requirements gathering, design, develop, test, and resolve issues related to the solution being proposed. Ability to independently work with no supervision to execute the planned activities and future needs. Ability to lead a small group of developers in a specific areas of expertise. Preferred candidate is knowledgeable in CRM application and integration with other legacy systems.
