Position: MAC support

Location: Milwaukee(WI)

Duration: 3 Months Contract

 

Responsibilities

·         Provides end-user support for all PC and Macintosh based hardware, applications, and services

·         Maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, and repairs PC and Macintosh  computer systems, hardware and computer peripherals

·         Responsible for new user setup and orientation including installing and configuring workstations, setting up user accounts, email, applications, and updating hardware and software inventory

·         Troubleshoots end-user issues related to email, phone, voicemail, fax, remote access, file, print, and other network services

·         Documents, tracks and monitors problems to ensure a timely resolution

·         Responsible for supplies, printer and copier functionality, and hard disk back-ups

·         Assists with network and server maintenance, backups, upgrades, and troubleshooting 

Requirements/ Qualifications: 

·         Attention to detail and strong customer service skills required.

·         Experience with Mac and PC hardware and software troubleshooting in a network environment (A+ and/or MCP a plus).

·         Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical problems and work independently

·         Strong written, verbal, and interpersonal skills.

·         Associates degree or equivalent preferred.

·         ACMT certification preferred
