Job Title: C#/ASP.Net Developer

Duration: 3 Months+ (extendable to 6/14)

Location: Des Moines, IA

Interview: In Person Interview

Job Description:

Possess strong analytical skills including troubleshooting and problem solving

Possess strong communications skills, both written and verbal.

Possess superior soft skills including the ability to: work with clients, negotiate requirements between stakeholders, work on a team, to lead and facilitate meetings, and the ability to adapt to existing processes.

Experience with reporting tools (ActiveReports, CrystalReports, Microsoft Reporting – client and/or server), Microsoft Reporting Services a plus, but not required.

Experience with integration tools (MS DTS, MS SSIS, Jitterbit, Biz Talk) a plus, but not required.

Experience using source control (svn, cvs, git)

Experience with web related technologies (html, css, javascript, jQuery, html5) a plus, but not required.

Selected candidate shall be expected to

Work within ITE's project management and SDLC processes

Maintain a positive working relationship with coworkers, supervisors and customers and present a positive team environment and customer focus.

Skills Required / Desired Amount of Experience Expertise Rating

Experience in C# ASP.NET using ORM tools (any of NHibernate, Entity Framework, Fluent Nhibernate, LINQ) Required 5 Years

MVC pattern in Visual Studio 2005, Visual Studio 2010 or newer Required 5 Years

Experience with T-SQL language and working with MS SQL Required 5 Years

Experience with SOA (WCF, WSE, Web Services) and related skillsets (XML, SOAP) Required 2 Years

Possess superior soft skills including the ability to: work with clients, negotiate requirements between stakeholders, work on a team Required
