REQUIREMENT::

 

1.       Excellent verbal and written communication.

2.        Ability to multi task and Onshore-offshore work model experience.

3.        Siebel certification for Siebel 7.8 or higher .

4.       Experience with Siebel Tools, Configuration, Scripting, Workflows, Business Services, Web Services, EAI, EIM, Workflow Manager .

5.       Functional experience with Siebel Sales modules a plus.

 

Job Description :

·         Manages Siebel development and production environment and modify business objects, applets, views, screens, and adapt business components, fields, joins, links, business component user properties, drilldowns, and visibility configuration using Siebel Tools. - Hands on configuration of the business services and workflows.

·         Manages Siebel configuration, business services, eScript, Assignment Manger, Workflow Manager, Smart Scripts, and server administration .

·          Maintains Siebel database objects like tables, columns, relationships, extension tables and extension columns .

·         Facilitate debugging the code and the business flow, and unit testing the configuration .

·         Manages Siebel CRM Application, enhancements including detailed design, configuration, documentation, collaborate with Business System Analyst in the test plan creation and deployments.

·         Will be involved in full lifecycle of software development which includes design, testing, documenting (Design and Migration Documents) and migration.

·         Work directly with the system end-users, business analysts and technical staff to translate complex information requirements into effective reporting solutions.

·         SDLC deliverables: provide input into all project artifacts, including user/business requirements, functional and design specifications, Etc.

·         Work with offshore counterparts and provide guidance and review of work products and successfully implement required changes to production
