Position Title: BA with Change Management
Location: Bloomington, IL 
Duration: 9 MOnths
Rate: $47/hr on C2C

ICP requires significant Organizational Change Management expertise and collaboration with current Organizational Development team as well as other Enterprise Communications and Training teams. 

Experience with training planning/ communications
No one right out of college, but with a few years of experience (3-5 yrs intermediate level skills) Good presentation skills
Solid organization skills
Ability to be self-directed once initial direction provided Primary work responsibilities for this individual includes:
Ensure individuals have the knowledge and ability to perform the tasks and fulfill expectations by: o Identifying team member tasks. 
o Identifying learning activities. 
o Performing gap analysis to validate learning activities properly align to required tasks. 
o Identifying additional training or documentation needs based gap analysis results. 
o Working with Systems Training Dean Team to create/procure additional training required. 
Ability to create/update a training plan. 
o This includes coordinating the process for updating/validating existing training plans with individual teams. This may include identifying or refining Learning Objectives based on team member tasks and roles. 
o Training plan should include a list of learning activities. 
Ability to create a learning schedule. 
Ability to provide ongoing support and coaching:
o Provide support to ensure successful implementation of training plans and learning schedules. 
o Provide support as requested by teams to improve the quality of current training (including training, mentoring, job aids, procedure guides, documentation, etc.) to ensure performance-based learning that aligns to business needs. 
o Establish mentoring strategy/plan for teams to become self-sufficient. 
Provide connections to other learning services. From a general Communications perspective, this individual will also be required to backup and assist with Developing communications for the DC1 teams
Coordinate development/delivery of messages with CDE Program
